Throughout the day spectators drifted in and out to enjoy the action. None of the standby medics were needed as the officials controlled play well.
Our camera lady Leigh captured testimonies from players, officials and spectators enthusing about the event and the importance of the message it carried.
The final match was a hard fought and passionate affair which ended in a penalty shoot out and much celebration as the winning team received the trophy.
A highly successful event ended with the #NoExcuse message carried back into many communities by tired yet inspired participants.
