25 May 2019 | Attendees: 1850 | Teams started arriving at 7am on a mild winter’s day in Port Elizabeth and play got off to a start just before 10 after the players took the #NoExcuse pledge and sang the national anthem.

16 May 2019 | Attendees: 300 | The Iqhayiya / Struandale campus is situated in the Industrial area of New Brighton in and stands out as a beacon of hope to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger by empowering learners with skills to alleviate unemployment. The #NoExcuse presentation was conducted mainly in Xhosa.
Port Elizabeth TVET College, Dower
15 May 2019 | Attendees 380 | Situated on the border of Salt Lake and West End, Dower Campus was formerly a training college for teachers and remains very well equipped. The setup for the #NoExcuse workshop was the best of the three Eastern Cape Colleges with audio visual and PA system provided and students well organised.
Eastcape Midlands TVET College, Heath Park
14 May 2019 | Attendees: 320 | Situated in Bethelsdorp, 30 minutes west of Port Elizabeth, Heath Park Campus is one of eight campuses of the Eastcape Midlands TVET College (EMC). There was huge interest in the #NoExcuse workshop and much dynamic interaction amongst the 300 plus students who attended.
